Apples

Apples usually kept in a cool space away from daylight and warmth. Depending upon the kind of apple, they will keep in a cool space for as long as about fourteen days. If refrigerated in a safe, most apples will save for 3 a month. 

Storing process

The best way to get an apple ripens after its harvest is by storing it in a wooden box by wrapping paper all around it. This way the enzymes in the apple will react faster and it will get ripen soon. 

Apricots

Apricots are one of those fruits that continue to ripen after picking. It is best if you store them at room temperature, with no sunlight and heat until they become soft to the touch. This way it will have a sweet aroma. 

Storing process

Once an apricot gets ripen, refrigerate those apricots as necessary to prevent spoiling. Cold temperatures can change their texture and taste.

Apriums

Ripening Process

Apriums are a hybrid of an apricot-plum fruit. They also continue to ripen after picking up from the tree. They should be stored at room temperature, away from heat and Sunlight. This way they become soft and sweet. You can even put them in a rice jar to speed up the ripening process.

Storing Process

After the ripening process is done, refrigerate apriums is necessary to prevent further spoiling. Cold temperatures may change their texture and taste.
